Today medicine is impossible without technical support. Microscopes, x-ray and ultrasound are to be found in Peramiho, too. But we can only dream of the more modern technologies. Computer tomography e.g. is available in Dar es-Salaam only, some treatments are not being offered at all in the whole country of Tanzania.
